SUPREME × PHASE 2 — ALL-OVER PRINT HOODIE, FW06

Released for Fall/Winter 2006, Supreme’s “Phase 2” Hoodie was created in collaboration with legendary New York graffiti artist PHASE 2.

An influential figure in the development of New York writing culture, PHASE 2 emerged from the Bronx during the early days of graffiti and hip-hop. The collaboration draws directly from that history, covering the hoodie in a dense collage of figures, characters and imagery tied to hip-hop and New York street culture.

Released during Supreme’s earlier Lafayette Street era, the piece represents the brand’s longstanding relationship with the artists and subcultures that shaped New York.

Nearly two decades after its release, the Phase 2 Hoodie has become a particularly scarce piece from Supreme’s mid-2000s archive.
